Updating an Email or Username

Unfortunately we are currently unable to change an email on an account.

KYC Verification

P00LS does not currently use 2-step verification nor any KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Deleting an Account

If you have not earned any tokens on your account, you may delete your account yourself from the Settings page. Click on Delete This User at the bottom of the page shown here.
If you have earned any tokens, please contact us directly to delete your account at [email protected] or fill out a support ticket here: https://p00ls.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Confirm the email on your account with us in your request, state that you’d like to delete your account, and that you are aware you will lose all your tokens upon deletion.
