# How to Participate

## Make a Proposal

Any 00 holder can make a governance proposal and present it to the broader community for a vote.

## Vote

Any 00 holder can vote on ZIPs using Snapshot. Each vote is weighted by the 00 token balance. Voting on Snapshot is free (doesn't cost gas). To vote:

1. Go on <https://snapshot.org/#/zerozero.eth>
2. Connect your wallet
3. Vote
4. Sign transaction with your wallet
5. "Et voilà" your vote is casted

## Get involved

Any 00 holders can get involved in the community and earn responsibilities within the DAO through the Special Council.
